Confedent International, the official partner of University of Helsinki, has negotiated room blocks from nearby hotels. Booking will be available in early 2025.

Early booking is recommended as June is a busy time in Helsinki!

Attendees are, of course, free to make their own bookings. Helsinki has several hotels within walking distance from the Annual Meeting venue. More budget-friendly options, such as hostels, are also available.
